Questions, bug reports, refund questions, and anything about your data. Replies usually come within two business days.

Before you write in

Two things solve most of what comes in.

Diastra shows nothing, or far less than it should. Open the Health app, go to Sharing, then Apps, then Diastra, and check that the types you want read are switched on. iOS does not tell an app which permissions were declined, so a declined type looks the same as no data.
Your history looks short. The first full read runs in the background and can take a few minutes on a long history. Leave Diastra open on the first launch.

Your subscription

Subscriptions bought in the app are billed by Apple. To cancel or change one, open your App Store subscriptions on your iPhone, or go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. For a refund on an App Store purchase, use Apple's Report a Problem page.

Your account

In versions of Diastra that have an account, open Profile, then Account, then "Delete my account". That erases your account on Diastra's server. Apple Health records stay on your iPhone either way.

Your data

To delete everything Diastra has worked out and stored, open Diastra, go to Profile, then Data & privacy, then "Delete all Diastra data". Your workouts stay in Apple Health.
